Absolutely horrible service! I have been a loyal Hyundai customer and this is the 4th Hyundai dealership I've been to through 3 different vehicles. If you take your vehicle here take pictures/video prior to leaving. I will never willing go back. My vehicle came in with a crack that went left to right and did not go past the drivers side and when I picked up my vehicle 2 hours later it had a crack that expanded and went top to bottom. Their solution was to replace it with a $1500 windshield with a $500 discount and I would be responsible for the remaining $1000 for a new windshield. I asked for something else to an oil change or something for the inconvenience and to make this right but they refused. It was more me reaching out and following up than them reaching out to me. It took 2.5 weeks to talk to a manager and get an apology. It seems like a sneaky way to either make money or to avoid taking responsibility and make this right. Go anywhere else but here! More
The dealership is okay, don’t try and pressure you into upsells and stuff you don’t need. I had specifically asked them to air up my tires when they rotated them, they did not. I had to go to a tire shop on my way home and pay for them to do it because I had spine surgery recently and can’t. Also, they left their trash in my car. Plastic wrap and papers. I expected more for $130 oil change and tire rotation. I’m going to shop around for next time. More
Dropped off my car I got 2 calls I did ignore the 2 calls due to election and message spams. I was left with a confusing voicemail. I called back and messaged several times and went 3 days with no text or ca due to election and message spams. I was left with a confusing voicemail. I called back and messaged several times and went 3 days with no text or call about an update on my phone. After a while I called the dealership instead of Troy and finally got an update. And a message of all these extra recommendations and suggestions for my brakes, brake fluids, filters, and 2 different alignments; all would’ve cost almost 1,500 and more.I only took my car in for a recall. This is the worst dealership…. More
