I was faced with almost every old-school, poor sales tactic that you could imagine - from extremely inflated pricing, the old back and forth with the manager, terrible offerings on my trade in and even a negotiation taking place where the dealer was trying to sell me the wrong trim level. I am sorry that I did not go to Ford/Lincoln of Queens first as it would have saved me a whole lot of time and frustration. Tom Cinelli was upfront and easy to work with. We agreed to a price and there was none of the back and forth that most dealers use to squeeze you and waste your time. I would highly suggest shopping for your car here and asking for Tom. More

Sales person was dishonest Shopped for ford explorer. I told them i was not interested in purchasing right away but would do so in next couple of weeks because i was waiting to Shopped for ford explorer. I explained the importance repeatedly of not having anothing hit my credit until after I closed . Liz asked if I could at least fill out paperwork so she could book the sale in December but promised she would not run my credit until I called to tell her it was ok. We had that conversation for 3 days. She called on 1/2/17 and said she wanted to use it for her bonus and again promised not to run my credit until I told her to. On that same day, she gave my file to finance to run my credit after we explicitly agreed that not happen. Then she and Reggie tried to convince me it was no big deal and refused to fix it with Ford Financial. Liz admitted Reggie that she "forgot" to tell him not to run my credit. I would never recommend this place. This was the stereotypical experience of an auto dealership. Dishonest. To add insult to injury Reggie couldn't tell me what he said to Ford Financial, refused to give me a letter that they ran my credit in error and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. They failed to comprehend what damage they have done or could careless. They can take the Explorer and shove it sideways. I've already made a complaint with Ford Financial, Ford Customer Relations and I will also be filing a complaint with every city and state regulatory agency I can think of including but not limited to the NY state Attorney General, DMV and Consumer Affairs. They seemed to not care about complaints, let's see how long that will hold true. I have witnesses to the whole fiasco from beginning to end. More

Starting with Jumaanah Falak who does not return phone calls and was rude. When you call and if you get through and ask to speak with a manager. Anthony comes on the phone and is just as rude. I also had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with someone name Ruthie. in the beginning she was alright, but then became just as rude. The staff hangs up on you and does not return calls. The dealership had my vehicle from October 31, 2016 until December 1, 2016 and every day i called to find out the status of my car there was a different story about what is wrong with it. I was told I needed a throttle body, they changed it, and several other parts and my vehicle is still not working. I was told my vehicle was ready and to come pick it up on Dec 1, 1016,before i went to pick it up i asked Ruthie are you sure you fixed the problem before i come to get the car and she stated yes it was ready. When I got there I started up my vehicle and it started shaking profusely, I turned off the car went to Ruthie and said my vehicle is still not working. She tried to say that is because your engine light is on.I told her and Anthony i did not want to take my car because it was not repaired and both of them stated i need to take my car because they wanted their loaner back and told me i was not getting another one.i had to drive the car home with it shaking and stalling on me. The next morning I called and spoke with Anthony and told him my car will not start. He gave me the number to road side assistance. I called them and had to pay to have my vehicle towed back to their dealership. They are now refusing to work on my car. Anthony keeps saying because I'm refusing to pay for a diagnostic, he recommend that I take it to another dealer. I repeatedly told him I am willing to pay but he is still refusing to fix my vehicle.This is unacceptable and I am filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and The State Attorney Generals Office. I am also taking the dealer to court. There is no reason they had my vehicle for a month and it's still not working.... More
