Car buying/leasing can be very stressful to say the least. Liz was fabulous, recommending choices, giving us advice while allowing us time to toss things around privately. She also went beyond the call of duty fixing us lunch since we were there for the whole afernoon. Michael gave us gentle arm twisting, but fist he asked if he could. We let him, and yet were still able to "sleep on it." After all was said and done we leased a georgeous 2013 Escape SEL with way more bells and whistles than expected for the price. Reggie worked wonders and moved mountains getting financing in spite of our special circumstances. And Zen was a great teacher giving us all the information we needed to get moving. Thanks Guys for everything! More

I previously leased 2 Mercury Milan's and purchased 1 Ford Focus from All American Ford in Paramus NJ even though I am a native NY'er...I received a call from them to turn in my Mercury early. I met with the dealership and spent over four hours with the salesman chipping away at the numbers. What a waste of my valuable time!!! I was so frustrated and pissed by how I was being treated that I decided to walk. I can't say enough about how SUPER THRILLED I am that I did!!!! I contact a friend that referred me to salesman extrodinare Sal Ambrosio at Ford Lincoln of Queens...From the second we spoke I knew I was in good hands. It was like going to a friends house. I was instatly made to feel welcome, he listened to my personal situation and expectations and did not rush me even though he had a good idea from our phone conversation what I was interested in. He did not hesitate to juggle cars, remove plates and line up the vehicles to take me out test driving on an intensly hot humid day even thought he knew I drove the vehicles the day before. He even listened and entertained my crazy rational regarding buying vehicles as we zipped around Queens. I was so happy and he made me fell really comfortable. Let's talk pricing/sales...Ford Linclon of Queens beat All American Ford's pricing by leaps and bounds. I'm talking more than $50 a month right out of the gate. I was over the top with excitment!! Sal was there to make a deal and gain a customer. No back and forth for hours fake negotiating, no b/s about my budget, no treats to go to another dealer, no I'll sleep on it...in the end my time was not wasted on games. It was not necessary. Why?, because Sal is a professional, with experience, integrity, a great personality not to mention a killer smile that makes you smile!!! The dealership has clout and the power to cut the deal and get you driving. Overall, everyone was a pleasure at this dealer and I should know...I was there for a while in and out driving and talking (LOL) and deciding...Shout out to: Liz - Sal's co-worker sit's next to him...very nice,funny and a sharp dresser! Ira - Hardest working kid in the joint, hustling car's up down, in out in the crazy heat Reggie - for hooking me up with the extra insurance plan on my lease and filling me musically with good spirits while we completed the paperwork..Hey Regg! Mike D - Sales Manager, for being funny and personalble but not pressuring me into a decision Little Mike for walking me through the options on my vehicle while we blasted my new system. :-) The sweet receptionist who cracked a few jokes herself making for a good time. As you can see I LOVED IT!!! This is the way everyone should buy a car. It's not necessary to be stressed out before you walk in...this review is to let you know you don't have to be. Getting a car is a big purchase for all all of us, it's a reflection of our personality, a place for us to find comfort and enjoyment...Ford Lincoln of Queens Gets it!!! I came to the Ford & Lincoln dealership in Queens after going to another dealer and being disappointed. The first dealer informed me that they did not have the vehicle I wanted but located it in anot after going to another dealer and being disappointed. The first dealer informed me that they did not have the vehicle I wanted but located it in another State. I wasn't happy that the car would be driven approximately 200 miles but accepted the deal. I received a phone call a few days later advising that the car had been sold. To add insult to injury - I was informed I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. I advised the salesperson that I needed the car as soon as possible. I cancelled the transaction and decided to go to the Queens dealership. The salesperson, Ken Sweeney was cordial, polite and welcoming from the onset. I had an idea what I wanted and Ken did not waste my time. He answered my questions and what impressed me was that he was informative and upfront. Ken is not pushy yet he is not laid back. Time for me is of the essence and he did not waste my time. My relative was with me at both locations and immediately said "I have a good feeling about this place." I am glad that I did not become disgruntled along with being disappointed and judge all Ford dealers. I deal with customer service and I know that a customer who is disappointed is not a good advertisement and can deter future customers. Not so in this case! Mr. Sweeney answered questions and anticipated the ones I might ask. He exceeded my expectations. Also, the rest of the sales team seemed friendly. Overall, I had a great experiecence and Mr.Sweeney was excellent. More

I had a great experience at Ford of queens. I met Michael Naclerio Vice President of Ford of Queens. Michael answered by Emails and calls immediately. He had the Ford Edge I wanted. Michael then turned me over to Ken Sweeney, a salesperson who closed out the deal. Ken was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Zhen Lee helped me with all of Ford's My sync system, Bluetooth, phone setup and all technical aspects of the Edge. Everyone worked together as a team. I had an all around great experience with Ford of Queens and would recommend them to all by friends. More
I came in looking for a New explorer and i left with just that... and a huge smile. I drove from Lindennhurst to Queens just so I can deal with Seth. I think he is the key salesperson and I will NEVER hesita that... and a huge smile. I drove from Lindennhurst to Queens just so I can deal with Seth.
