I want to start off with letting you know... that I have always been a fan of Ford.... Ford has the best quality in vehicles and Trucks and American made is the way to go... I have always done my research before purchasing and I always ended up with a Ford purchase. Ford vehicle's are quality made and also best in price. I recently decided that I need a new vehicle and got in touch with Ken Sweeney. I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of what would fit my budget and my lifestyle... I previously purchased a 2009 Explorer and before that, I purchased a 2006 Escape... I already knew that I wanted a Ford... but wasn't sure what type of Ford it was going to be... Ken made the decision easy for me to make, giving me all the options, I decided to get another Ford Explorer since I was so happy with the previous one.... I told him everything that I needed and wanted and also explained to him what my budget was... I have always bought my vehicles, but this time I decided to lease, since I get into a new vehicle every 3 years. After I told him what I was looking for and what I needed to be added... He than contacted me and told me he had one in stock and it was ready to get picked up. It was such a fast response. He told me that the new 2013 was a Beauty... I honestly took his word for it!!! I started all the processing over the phone and made arrangements to pick up my new 2013 Ford Explorer... When I arrived at the showroom, I met up with Ken Sweeney. He escorted me to my vehicle. It was even nicer than what I expected.... I was so excited to finish the paperwork and take my Explorer home!!! Ken was very professional, courteous and very helpful... I was also introduced to some of the Ford dealership staff and they were very friendly. Once I was done with all the paperwork, I was explained on how to use all the gadgets... I was so happy and when I drove off, I had a smile on my face... Thank you Ken for making what could of been a horrible experience, a pleasurable one!!! and Thank You Ford for never disappointing... By far, the best Ford Explorer... they just keep getting better and better... Class A... Will highly recommend Ford purchase, Ford/Lincoln of Queens, and especially Ken Sweeney. More

Seth Brettler is part of a dying breed in this industry: An honest and straightforward salesman. We learned about this dealership, and more specifically Seth through my father in law. When we were looking for a car, he told me, "you have to give my guy in Queens a call". Being young and obstinate, I went to other car dealers to trade in my Honda Accord and lease an SUV. Dealer after dealer offered me nothing for my trade in and astronomic prices for a lease. I went to Seth and he offered me a great deal on my trade in and a great price on my lease....but who am I to admit my father in law was right? So I kept on going, looking to find a better deal, week after week I became discouraged when dealing with the so-called professionals at other dealerships. No one came close to what I needed and what Seth offered. I went back to Seth, expecting the great deal to be gone-as happened at other dealerships. It was still there. Seth was a man of his word. I was wrong on two counts: I should have listened to my father in law and I shouldn't have wasted time looking at other dealerships. I recommend this dealership, and Seth in particular to anyone, and, for all you son in laws out there: listen to your father in law...he may be bald, but he's right. More

Well, I went to this dealer to look & price. I wanted a 2013 but they aren't out yet. I test drove a Fusion Sport and bought it. While I was debating to trade my 2008 Fusion in for an update, I walked into this dealership to look for a deal. I was floored, surprised, enchanted and informed by the best saleswoman on the planet. I am a Ford loyal customer but my expectations were satisfied by the talent and experience of Liz's approach. She was exceptional in her recommendations,her ability to answer my questions, she was more that courteous. She understood what I wanted and needed to maximize the deal. I was in on a Saturday afternoon,shown the car I wanted. I was without my wife so I couldn't immediately make the fabulous deal. I returned on Sunday and Michael Duff took up the flag and we finalized the deal. My wife and I are ecstatic. The 2012 Fusion is everything we hoped for and more.
