We did not feel pressured at any time, we felt comfortable. That was more important to us even more than the cost of the vehicle. As an experience lessee I started my sales process via the phone. The last thing I wanted is to waste my time discussing term and payments in person dealer after dealer. After talking to Liz over the phone I went to the dealership the day after. She greeted me very professionally and made me feel welcomed. She asked me if I was ready to see the car. I said "no" I wanted to go over the terms and payments. Liz said to me, "we went over that over the phone yesterday". You can imagine my surprise to know that the terms and payments she discussed with me the day before were the actual figures. What a great feeling to know that someone actually tells you the truth over the phone. I'm so used to going to the dealership after our phone conversations only to be told higher payments when I get there. I was recommended by a friend and it was by far the best recommendation that I ever received. From the moment I walked in I found Seth to be up front and direct. I only went to look knowing that I would have to deal with my present car which I had purchased off a lease not too long ago. I left with the promise of a new car and a trade in that was not too hurtful - and trust me it could have been ugly. Now came the financing..... by the next day I had a loan with a great interest rate and my dream vehicle ready for pick up.
