Oil and Filter change $159.66 for a 2019 Lincoln! And for credit card they charge 3.99%! Way to go to rip people off! So they pointed me to the receptionist who calls "The Manager Ted" who is busy in a meeting and has no one to look and appraise my car. Asks me to come back in the afternoon!!! it is only a 30 minutes drive for me. I guess the meeting was worth giving up thousands of dollars of profit for them. n an environment that the dealers are looking for a nice used vehicle to sell on the lot and this dealer doesn't even care to make profit and serve the customer. Then they wonder why they they don't sell enough cars or add more revenue and profit to the bottom line! Nice going. Keep on meeting and find ways NOT to profit and do not prioritize the customer that is literally trying to hand you money. Good job! More
Arrived at 8:30, without a service appointment. 30 minutes later I had not been greeted by anyone. A worker put one of those little numbered caps on my car, but nothing, nada, after that. Our car had a transmission system issue that made it dangerous to drive. Took them 3 weeks to figure out the problem, and 45 days to finish repairs. When we finally got the car back it had other problems that we had to go to another dealer to fix. Terrible communications and a completely indifferent attitude. Never apologized or expressed any regret about the ridiculous delays. The only thing they seemed to care about was avoiding the cost of a rental. Worst dealer service I've ever encountered in decades of car ownership. More

Usually there are some hiccups when you work with businesses online or via text. Not at Star Ford Lincoln. I was fortunate enough to be connected with an amazing sales coordinator, Caitlynn Zimmer. And wow, I am so happy we did. Explained to her what we were looking for. A great deal on a 2020 Navigator L edition (see pictures). And Caitlynn delivered. Car was for my brother in-law and we were able to secure the deal prior to coming in. A huge help with the pandemic going on and all the safety precautions that are mandated. When finally at the dealership he also worked with Harry (who was knowledgeable and courteous). The entire car buying process was expedited and you had one very happy customer leave with a new car. If you are looking for car and want a reliable, beautiful, spacious vehicle with cutting edge technology go get a Lincoln. But make sure you contact and go to Star Ford Lincoln first. Ask for Caitlynn, she will go to bat for you and do everything in her power to make you happy. What a valuable asset to have for any business. Terrible experience overall. Brought in the car with airbag light issue. Car has been sitting at dealer with no work done since early November. Brought issue to Service Manager and complained to Ford bu airbag light issue. Car has been sitting at dealer with no work done since early November. Brought issue to Service Manager and complained to Ford but no action has been taken. They don't know what they are doing at the service department and keep saying something different every time. I was able to confirm that a part arrived to the dealer on Dec 7th but no one knew who was assigned to install it or perform the repairs. Nothing has been done since then over 3 weeks now. I don't recommend Ford to anyone. Especially good luck to those looking to buy their new electric garbage and getting those recalls and issues fixed on timely manner. More
Our experience with this service department was a total DISASTER from start to finish, as nothing was resolved after multiple days and $7K +! We were given an "appointment" on a Monday morning because our DISASTER from start to finish, as nothing was resolved after multiple days and $7K +! We were given an "appointment" on a Monday morning because our "check engine light" was illuminated. We waited 45 minutes to have our F-150 taken for "service". Sam, our service advisor, said they were "very busy" but she would "be in touch". This apparently means that they have NO INTENTION of doing diagnostics that day. We were visiting from Idaho and staying in a hotel...we had to get a rental car at that point. We did not hear back from Sam or anyone else until we called on Tuesday. NO DIAGNOSTICS HAD BEEN PERFORMED AFTER 24 hrs...even though we had an appointment the day before. A part was required which could not be obtained until Thursday, said part (Turbocharger) arrived on Wednesday, was replaced on Thursday only to find out that another part was now necessary, leak in coolant system most likely due to replacement of Turbocharger! At this point we had to extend our stay in an expensive hotel and now also multiple days of rental car charges. At the END of the service day on Friday our vehicle was ready. Total repair bill was over $7K in addition to extended hotel stay and rental car. Thirty minutes after picking up our vehicle for a long drive back to Idaho and after the service department was closed, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON!!! More

If I could, I will give a negative 5 star. I have been bringing my car at Ford dealerships for over 10 years and this is my worst experience. First off, the dealership is far from my home. However, instead of choosing an independent garage for oil change, tire rotations, break checks, etc, I placed my trust in Ford. How naive I was. I had my car serviced this past Monday the 22nd. Made the appointment for 10 am, but they didn't work on my car well after 12:30pm. The reason I was told by the manager is that they will not turn away customers who just comes in and that now Ca is opening up, more people are bringing in their cars for servicing. I ended up waiting nearly 4 hours for the Work service. Even if I can accept the manager's excuse, I am entirely angry and unsatisfied for the work they have done on my car. I told the advisor Eddie right off the bat that there is a clunking sound from the tires. He just nodded. When I got my car back, the clunking sound was even louder than before. Eddie was no where to be found to give me the diagnosis or tell me about the health of my car. I never got my checklist sheet. Because the clunking sound was much worse, I took my car to the nearest Discount tires. I should have got my car maintenance from them. it was from discount tires, not Ford, found out that my car is out of alignment. because it is out of alignment, my tires that I have changed 2 years ago has become worn out. Ford never told me this. we called Ford to complain why they didn't tell us such a crucial information, and they told us that they only do visual inspection. Visual inspection my xxx. Basically, Ford is telling me that I gave spend $70 on an oil change that probably costs $20. plus, I have to wait 4 hours for an overly unsatisfactory job. I am so pissed. I want my money back you good for nothing scammers! More
