Average, ordinary, nothing special. Although my car had been there before, it was my first time. When they told me that I had to leave my car since I did not have an appointment, I was d Although my car had been there before, it was my first time. The service representative said I would get a call that same afternoon to let me know the status. More than 48 hours after dropping off my car, I called - figuring there should be an answer by then. The service rep had to call me back with the update. When I went to pick up the car I had to stand a full 10 minutes listening to the service rep have a phone conversation about how to keep a room cool with an air conditioning on a hot day like July 18th. While not the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, it certainly was lacking anything special. More

I was told that I will not get my vehicle b4 10 am as the service center staff dont report to work until 8am then 30 mins to get their stuff together and another 90 mins to work on the vehicle (90 mins to change oil and filter) on top of that I ask about the service to drop me off as stated in the emails and was told no such service was provided (my destination was just 15 mins away on Rockaway blvd) To add insult to injury I was been charged $362 for a service that was to be 1st of my 4 complimentary services, good thing I took the paper and read before signing, after haggling back and fro with the rep miracle happens and out of the space my complimentary services pop up on his screen, to shorten the story my car was return to me almost 9am. Why give customer 7am appointment when in fact work dont start until 8:30 am? Why make false claims in emails to customers that shuttle services will be provided to destination after vehicle drop off? What's up about wanting to charge customers for complementary services? How in heaven name can u guys justify charging $362 for oil and filter change on a 2015 nissan altima CAR? Right now I'm on the fence about returning to the service center. I wouldn't recommend even my greatest enemy to use ur service. More

I purchase a used nissan car, b4 making the purchase my friend, the sales rep and i took the car for test drive we all notice strong cigarettes fumes in the said vehicle, the sales rep assured us that the smell will be eliminated b4 delivery as the vehicle would be thoroughly cleaned, upon delivery the smell was still there and only thing noticeable done was a paper mat on the driver side.. I am still trying to eliminate the smoke odor and the first time vacuuming the inside of the vehicle after getting home u would be surprise at the amount of loose pennies and garbage remove from the back seat area (goes to show that not even initiall vacuuming was done b4 delivery) More

My dodge Journey in 2008/ 2009 was from you and then my Chrysler 200 2015 purchased under my spouse from you as well ..without mentioning 3 others vehicles purchased for friends . Just to summarize my loyalty to your dealer. However, recently, with my spouse car (Chrysler 200 2015 ) that need couple services (front and rear brakes/ rotors ) , I had hard time communicating with the service center. At the first, I went there on Wednesday the 11th at around 4pm - 5pm and waited for about 20mn to finally speak with Theresa a very nice service advisor who was soo busy to get me an ESTIMATE on this required service above. She simply recommend me to call her back the next morning and she will be glad to give me an ESTIMATE. Unfortunately, the next day, inwas placed on hold for over 5mn when I tried to reach her twice that morning. As I understand that she must be busy, I drove back there for the ESTIMATE. But again, she apologized about that hectic day the shop had. So i had to leave and take my car to Marvis Discount Tires shop in elmont by my place to have the service done. Unfortunately, the service couldn't be entirely completed because for some reason they couldn't remove the rear driver side bottom caliper bolt in order to place the new rotor. Mavis recommended that I go back to Chrysler dealer to just replace that caliper bolt then return to them to complete the work I paid them off for. So going back to Chrysler on Saturday 13th at arround 10am, I explained the situation to luis or lou (I don't know the right spelling) from service, he asked me to confirm with part that they have the part. Unfortunately, since service didn't have it and ordered to have my part arrived at your facility Today Tuesday, Lou asked me to simply come back today Tuesday morning and drop my car off. So after spending over 1h15 mn on Saturday by Lou who was extremely busy and the only one, I had to go back to your shop this morning at 9am. This time , I finally got taking care of in less than 10mn by Theresa. However, she simply and nicely told me to leave my car and come back tomorrow because the shop has about 85 cars ahead of me. I was not happy about it because, this is only car my spouse has, and she work in hauppauge 1h15 away from home. I have to give her my car while i have been taking the bus . With that being said, I don't ask your service to prioritize my car over others but I think going back and forth for almost a week after all the waiting I went through, I don't think I deserve this for only changing one caliper bolt(and the inspection that due). So I understand that you have some very nice associates such as Theresa and Lou but improving the service by working on the time management should help everyone (your service center and your customers) Thanks PS I even have a 70k or 75k service due; however, I was afraid to have them do it because I didn't want them to tell me I have to wait 2 days. So I simply left my car there for inspection and replace the caliper bolt. Unfortunately, I had to walk for over 1h30mn to my house . But , frankly I was expecting it from my previous visits. More
