Everything was ready for me upon my arrival. The dealership manager Rob Cabellero was also very helpful and friendly in explaining my options, making sure i was being helped and that my new vehicle was delivered promptly. The finance manager Kyle Russo was very knowledgable in his field and walked me through all of the paper work signing and thoroughly explained everything to me including warrantee information and specific service plans while making sure i got a grwat bank with a great interest rate. The signing portion of the transaction very easy with no stress. Very fast and friendly transaction. Staff was very honest and efficient with everything. I feel if they check all in the beginning it would have saved me money and now what I paid for still is not fix which is my Air Condition don't get me wrong the did fiz what was wrong but if you are checking then that problem should have been found. Misleading info.... incorrect expectation First visit to this location... when appt was made I was given estimated 2-3 hours completion time as long as I arrived before 8am... I was processed by 7:45, so expected vehicle to be completed by 2pm the latest! Called at noon was told would be completed by 2:30... At 4:45 I was told they NEVER worked/touched my vehicle come back tomorrow. I stated this was totally unacceptable and picked my vehicle up. What made it worse was the nonchalant demeanor I received... wonder how many others have had this unfortunate experience at this dealership. I will not return to this location, nor can I recommend it to others. More
