These people are in the market to scam you, and they are good at it. Purchased a vehicle in July 2012, we purchased a warranty for $2000. We did not have the vehicle in our possession 24 hours and 3 of the good at it. Purchased a vehicle in July 2012, we purchased a warranty for $2000. We did not have the vehicle in our possession 24 hours and 3 of the door handles had broke. After further investigation we could tell they had been hillbilly rigged. We called the very next morning and was told that they would not fix them, no surprise there. After a few weeks we noticed several other things going wrong and would call and always got put on the back burner. The navigation would turn off and reset on its own, the wipers would not work, we would always get service errors, and once it would not even start. After it would act up for a short time, talking hours, it would go back to normal. We would call and of coarse if the vehicle was not doing it at that time they would not let us bring it there. I finally got them to look at it in December and two of the modules needed to be reprogrammed and guess what, not covered under warranty. Got the run around for a few days while my car sat in their repair lot. On December 3rd I got a welcome letter from the warranty place that I purchased through the dealer. I called them up and they said they had just got our application and said this normally takes 30 days, not 4 1/5 months so the dealer never even sent it in until I needed to use it. Obviously they pocket that money. I was able to get Matt to agree to pay for this repair, still would not repair the door handles though. Matt agreed that this problem was from before we purchased the car so they would eat the cost. He called the next day and said that we would now have to pay $100 of the repair work. I obviously complained that I should not be held accountable for this $100 as this is how they sold it to me when I clearly asked for something reliable and that had no issues. I asked several times to speak to the sales manager named Drew and never did he call me back or would he ever get on the phone. Matt called me "shameful" because I would not pay this $100. Moral of the story is that I paid the $100 in fear they would re-track their statement once again and make me pay for the full repair. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to raise awareness with every review site that I can so other people do not make the same mistake as us. More
