They deceived us! Then played games with us! We purchased a vehicle, a few days later the breaks were squeaking. Took it in. Said all was well, and said they didn't hear anything. Few days later, We purchased a vehicle, a few days later the breaks were squeaking. Took it in. Said all was well, and said they didn't hear anything. Few days later, we heard more squeaking. Took it in. Said they would replace the brakes. They LIED! We, now found out that the dealership only authorized a for the pads to be changed! About 5 months later "after thinking we had new breaks", we are wondering why they squeak at EVERY stop! Never told us they did not replace! They (Chris, the manager/doorkeeper to the general manager) will not rectify or honor their original statement. Scammed us! More

If you do not like your job find a new one. I dealt with John Carroll, he was an excellent salesman. My experience with him was wonderful. I had all the documents needed to run my credit and to see what I qualified for. Test drove the car but I still wanted to think over the number at least for a day. My issue occurred with guy in Finance Ryan Kennedy. John Carroll said that he would be right back, and left the room for a minute. Then, Ryan Kennedy entered the room with no introduction, and asked me what the problem was. I looked puzzled, then asked who are you? He told me, then asked me what was the problem with the deal? He stated, I have been working for hours on the financing and you should be grateful, this is the best deal that you are gonna get. Then, John Carroll enters the room, I asked for my debit card and told him that I would contact him tomorrow. I was outdone by Ryan's behavior and wanted to leave. When I asked for my debit card back, Ryan Kennedy said here, and threw my debit card at me. At that point I could not believe what was happening. I walked out the dealership. The only reason why I would not buy a car from this dealership would be because of my experience with Ryan Kennedy. He was rude and disrespectful. They are in the business of sells cars but customer satisfaction is also part of that business. More

He maintained a positive, energetic attitude throughout the process in the dealership on the day of purchase. As we purchased over the Thanksgiving weekend, the in-dealership experience was drawn out. While Joe attended to several customers at once, we did not feel neglected and negotiations went relatively quickly. Ask for Joe! More

They told me They would pay for my plates and no one contacted me until the day my plates expired. When I got to the dmv the check was for 140 dollars less and I did not have that on me. The dealership told me there was nothing they could do and that basically I just had to let my car sit until I could come up with the rest of the money myself. They did not help me at all they gave us a dealer plate when we had our first issue and had to have the GPS installed now they don't want to give us another dealer plate when the messed up on our check. I told Bill in the finance that if I drove a car with expired tags I would get a ticket and he did not care at all. They walked away from us and stopped speaking to me and my wife ans let us sit in the waiting area without speaking a word to us. Very rude people and they do not care about their customers. My car note is $500 and is suppose to have our plates in it. If you want a dealership who cares about you DO NOT GO HERE. We was supposed to have a warranty that covered repairs but when we had a repair they told us no. They promised to take care of all the scratches then they said they couldn't do that either. They make a lot of promises just to get you to sign.They also could not come up with a reason why they was short on my plate money. I showed them on the department of revenue site the estimate and they just ignored it. More
