Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! I can't express enough the wonderful experience I had in trading in my car for a new Hyundai. Anthony Harris is amazing! Making sure I understood everything and advising HE would call my insurance company for me & he did!! I went into this with a spreadsheet, with costs, mileage, Kelly Blue Book Values, mileages, ratings, etc. I was not going to let anyone talk me into a car I didn't want. From the moment I walked into St. Charles Hyundai I was treated wonderfully. I was greeted by the receptionist and she led me to Ben. He was so patient and so friendly. There was no need for him to take the time to get to know my family and myself on a personal level because I was going to buy a car regardless, but he didn't know that, so I believe that he goes the extra mile to make every customer worth his time. The car I came to buy wasn't available, but he found me one even better. We went on a couple of test drives, he knew his stuff. He gave me history on what I wanted to purchase, but the majority of the time was spent getting to know him as a person and that is what made the deal go so smoothly. When we sat down to make the deal, he asked what I wanted, I told him and that was it! The experience was so great and Ben was such a genuine person that my mom, who was with me that day, purchased a car as well and she had no need or any intentions of buying a new vehicle. More
