If by bent over backwards you mean that you didn’t acknowledge any fault, ignored my concerns, and most especially gave me a an apology stating I’m sorry if you feel we fell short instead of anything remotely sincere than yeah, you bent over backwards. What irritates me the most is the non apology apology. Either say we did nothing wrong at get bent or give a real apology. Makes you look really slimy. Sincerely thinking about picketing your dealership over that fake condescending tripe.

And how did you bend over backwards? You offered no restitution. You offered no acknowledgment of a flawed reservation system, no apologies for a service tech who would rather chat on the phone than someone, and no apologies for wasting my time and money. But I’m telling you the biggest thing for me is that I reached out to you in good faith and you gave me that non apology AND THEN had the gall to try and sell me a car so could wow me with your service. Come on. I would have gotten over it if you hadn’t gotten involved. Horrible job of dealing with an issue.

It benefits no one when a loan is rejected, and we use our decades of experience to get the best rates and terms based on your credit. We would like to address your recent visit also. He was going to offer you a new set of wheel locks with a key at no cost to you. While we understand you did not purchase your vehicle here, and this was your first service appointment, we hope that you understand we are a good, reputable dealership, who stands with the customer regardless of whose 'fault' something is.
