I've purchased several cars through other dealerships over the years and dealt with many salespeople, which generally left me with a bad taste in my mouth when it came to the level of customer service that I expect as a paying (and loyal) customer. I was used to asking all the questions when looking at cars, while the salesperson would sit idly by and only talk about the car when asked specific questions. This was not the case at St. Charles Hyundai. I was immediately greeted (and offered complimentary drinks) and, unlike my previous experiences, Jarrod was knowledgeable and passionate about the car he was showing me and did not wait for me to ask questions. I was completely satisfied with my car-buying experience at St. Charles Hyundai and will recommend my friends and family that they see Jarrod when making their next purchase. Chris was also a pleasure to do business with. He seemed to have my best interests in mind when it came to financing my new car. I was impressed with his attention to my budgetary concerns, particularly when it came to seeking lower interest rate loans. I was even able to purchase the platinum protection plan while staying within budget! More
