They sent it out for detail and to be ionized. That did not help. As a last resort I asked Joe to help make things right and he did. A few hours later I walked out of the dealership with a 2020 Tuscon. I highly recommend this dealership, if you are looking for a vehicle. Please ask for Nathan. He is not high pressure and great to work with! They really are about customer service! More
