Well where do I start, I am very happy with this dealership. Brought my daughter and wife there today to look at cars and within a minute of driving up a young man walked up and introduced himself t dealership. Brought my daughter and wife there today to look at cars and within a minute of driving up a young man walked up and introduced himself to us and ask what we were looking for. we had been to 12 other dealerships and he was the 2nd one out of 13 to come out and talk to us when we first arrived this was great for me to experience for once I have purchased many vehicles over the span of my life but this was a very good experience for me Mr. Jevion Adams is the name of the young man that stayed with us for start to finish then spent 30 minutes with my daughter to answer her questions about the bells and whistles this car came with. I am very impressed with this young man and have already asked him for information on a 4Runner for my son I truly hope he keeps up the good service and replies to me soon. I will recommend Springhill Toyota to anybody talking about getting a new car it was well worth the 45 minute drive to see and knowledgeable young man who smiled a lot and answered all our questions thank you Springhill Toyota More
I spent five hours at the dealership just to get my oil change and a routine check up and they still didn’t have the oil that goes into my vehicle so I have to come back for that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINGHILL TOYOTA. My family have been driving Toyotas for 40 years. Currently there are 10 (ten) Toyotas between my siblings and I; most of which were purchased from My family have been driving Toyotas for 40 years. Currently there are 10 (ten) Toyotas between my siblings and I; most of which were purchased from Springhill Toyota. There will be 2 additional Toyota purchases this week, one by me and one by my eldest sister. However, now based on the unscrupulous behavior of James Lambert during the purchase of my 83 year old mother's Highlander I will never, and I have advised my family and friends not to do business with Springhill Toyota again! The facts are: James Lambert took advantage of my 83 year-old mother. As a start, I am filing a complaint with Toyota Corporation, the Better Business Bureau and all other relevant/appropriate agencies. The deal was complete except financing. I had to leave to meet a client. I asked the salesperson, Mr. Ryan Quinn, to not allow the Finance person to add GAP Insurance, a service contract or extended warranties to my mother's contract. Again she is 83 years old and those protections are unnecessary, and although in her name, my siblings and I am paying for her car. When I returned to the dealership Mr. James Lambert Jr., Finance Manager had added GAP insurance. I instructed him to remove it and I left out of the office. What happens next is, egregious, dishonest, deceitful. This is in my opinion attempted abuse and exploitation of an elderly person. In simple terms I consider Mr. James Lambert a crook. His actions were deliberate. When we got to mother's home I asked for the finance paperwork. I was outraged. He added an extended warranty, and a maintenance plan. He combined them in one $4,200 total and called in and extended warranty; trying to conceal the fact that $1,200 of that $4,200 total was a maintenance contract and Mr. Lambert also sold her a Road Hazard Plan for $500. The purchase came with 4 years of complimentary Oil changes Tire rotations 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Rental Assistance which Springhill Toytoa is referring to as a dealership special. The purchase also came with Toyoguard Platinum from the factory which covers the same services. Therefore, my mother's vehicle was already covered and the special isn't a special at all. He sold her coverages for services she already had. Springhill Toyota should be ashamed. How many more customers fell victim to these deceitful practices in finance. MR. LAMBERT KNEW HE WAS DECEIVING HER. HE KNEW IT WAS WRONG. HE TOLD MY MOTHER TO NOT SHOW ANYBODY HER PAPERWORK. HE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED. In the Finance office the conversations are recorded. Mr. Quinn and I agreed to 2 detailing services on that vehicle. We wrote it in. However, when he brought the paperwork out the statement was typed carwash/vacuum. The detailing was removed yet he did not bring it to my attention I had to ask why. He stated it couldn't be handwritten it had to be typed. Vacuum was not on the handwritten paperwork. I have never been so disappointed and outraged by a dealer. My family and friends will continue to purchase Toyotas but NEVER from Springhill Toytoa More
