Mike made my seemingly rocky purchasing experience go so smoothly. After leaving my car at another dealership, he offered his time and transportation to help me get my affairs in order. As this was my first purchasing experience, I was afraid of all the bad stories about dealers ripping off their customers. This definitely wasn't the case with Mike and his team. I got a fantastic deal with my Mazda 3. It was everything I wanted (and more) while being cheaper than the other offers I had received for cars of similar caliber. During the whole experience, Mike was accommodating and helpful, ensuring that I had the best experience as possible. Mesha was just as awesome. She walked me through the paperwork explaining everything that I was signing. Everything was organized despite the numerous amounts of forms that needed attention. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing through the whole process. Tony catered to my learning needs and showed me everything I needed to know about my car in a clear, efficient manner. I seriously do not have any bad thing to say about this whole process. The team at Sports Durst is one of a kind and I'm recommending this dealer to all my friends here in Durham. More

Hieu was helpful and friendly and very energetic. He took the time to show me the entire car and we took a long test drive even though it was raining pretty hard. Hieu called me after the sale to make sure that I still loved the car and didn’t have any concerns. Miranda was a great delivery coordinator. She set up the blue tooth and showed me everything I needed to know about the navigation/entertainment system. If not for Miranda, I would still be trying to figure it out. She also called days after the sale to see if I happy with the car. She was very patient when I had to bring the car back in to get the Multi-Shield. I called her many times with questions and she had all of the answers. Miranda was not what I expected from a car dealership; she was a pleasure to work with. Mesha made the worst part of the buying a car pleasant. She showed me all of my financing options and answered all of my questions immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable about the financing process. However, Mesha did not try to pressure me into any of the extras. While waiting for the huge amount of paperwork to print, we talked about our families and other car-buying experiences. She made the financing part of it fun and I would definitely recommend her. I was having a really tricky problem with my headlights. They kept dimming and the brightening along with some flickering that was occurring in my dashboard displays. This is my first Mazda after over 20 years with Nissan, so I was a little concerned when I had these problems with a new car. If you go to Sport Durst, ask for Adam Button, because he knows alot about cars, gives you the best deal, and can suggest any car that will make you fall in love. Gary Patterson was very nice to cut me a deal ($1000) discount. Miranda Miller is SUPER NICE!!!!!! She gave me a free keychain :) :) :). Ji Herrara will make sure your finances are calculated the right way and he makes sure you understand any contracts you sign, BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM :) ALERT: ASK FOR GAP INSURANCE. LOL It feels like family at Sport Durst. and the employees have a lot of car sales experience. These are workers who have been here for YEARS. They know their stuff, and they don't sell you LEMON CARS! Very, Very nice Auto place. Oh yea, I forgot to mention that they give you free food (HOT DOGS and Drinks). :) More
