I took my car to get serviced 3 weeks ago, August 30th, for a check engine light that was on and to get 50K maintenance. I dropped my car off at my appointment which was at 8am. I didn’t receive a call until closing time just for my advisor, Tim to call and tell me they didn’t get to look at my car. Tim said I could pick it up because it was a holiday weekend and wasn’t going to be worked on for four days. Tim also said they didn’t have the piece I needed to fix the check engine light and had to order it and would give me a call when it came in. He never called, never reached out about the part or anything, and it has been 3 weeks since my original appointment which was on August 30th. This is the second advisor I worked with that has failed to do their job. This place is super unprofessional and I also feel like they are racist and inconsiderate. More
The technicians do good work but Tim will ignore every phone call you try to make. It is wildly frustrating paying several thousands of dollars for repairs (something I would never mention in person becau phone call you try to make. It’s not the first time either. The last 3 times I’ve had to go, he’s been assigned to my car and its been a nightmare each time. People have to coordinate things like rentals and having no communication from the service center makes that very difficult. Never coming back. More
