2 out of 3 service appointments I was told over 3 hour wait. The must recent appointment was canceled by the dealership the day before. I was sent a link to reschedule which I did. However the sales department knew I had appointment ask me for appraisal. The wait time for oil change is ridiculous. The service department is a worst, out of many experiences of over 20 years at dealership. More

Called to make an appointment for passenger air bag sensor recall. Was told to bring vehicle to have recall fixed. We dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received a call in the morning saying sensor recall. Was told to bring vehicle to have recall fixed. We dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received a call in the morning saying car would be ready in the afternoon. We waited and waited, finally called service and they said they did not have the parts to fix the recall. We picked up vehicle and was told it would be about three days for parts to be received, it’s been over two weeks now still waiting. Was told do not drive with a passenger until recall is fixed. So issues: 1. At no point while making the appointment did anybody say you did not have the parts. 2. At no point when service called in the morning did they mention you did not have the parts. 3. Service held the vehicle all day, I had to call to check. 4. Was told it would take 3 days, well it’s been over two weeks. Sure would be nice to be able to drive our new $50,000 car. More

This dealership used to have wonderful service …reason I keep buying cars there. However the last two times I have had to wait about 3 hours just for a state inspection and oil change. Service department said they don’t have enough employees. So it would be great to up the salary and benefits to attract more workers before you lose customers. More
