Was able to get the appointment scheduled in an efficient manner, but you have no frills for what I feel is over priced service. Diagnostic fees and cleaning should be applied. Unplug the battery and don’t reset clocks etc. brought in with a need took multiple visits find problem with high fee to fix which should have been found within initial warranty. Service dept says problem was never reported. Not sure how it wasn’t. little things matter. More
