My last visit to my dealership was not a nice visit. After going in for a rim to be installed and having had a 8:00 AM appointment, my car was taken in the shop at about 10:00 AM. I had my rim put on, then later learning that I needed a passenger front tire, also. I had the tire put put on, too. I told the stand-in advisory at the beginning of my visit about having my tire pressure light(inside) of my car to be readjusted(reset) to my tires and that I had set my appointment up for 8:00 AM because I had to be to work later on that day. Anyway, I get my car back w/out the tire light readjusted (inside) my car(light still on) and finds out that a "NEW" technician had performed the work on my car and didn't know how to readjust my tire pressure light (inside my car). Joshua a more skilled technician had to fix my issue/concern. I deeply appreciate his service and to add to my disaster day, I had to call my job and state that I was unable to come in because of being held up at my dealership.
