Dondrell was very personable and easygoing, more than willing to go into the fine details of what specifics I was looking for, along with Terrence finding a way to make it work for me to get the car I wa willing to go into the fine details of what specifics I was looking for, along with Terrence finding a way to make it work for me to get the car I wanted. They found one to ship in from far away that met my criteria, seeing as they didn’t have the gti I was looking for on their lot. It made me almost forget what I was there to do, we shared lunch and personal anecdotes on a variety of subjects. It put me at ease and became a fun experience. Chris and Allison were also clear in their communication explaining the details involved with the loan and warranty information.
