I took my Jetta in for a state inspection and oil change. They said that my car wouldn't pass inspection because the power steering hose was leaking - to fix would cost $550 plus another $170 to flush all th They said that my car wouldn't pass inspection because the power steering hose was leaking - to fix would cost $550 plus another $170 to flush all the fluids. My father said that was very expensive because the hose itself is only about $50. So we told them to put a rejection sticker on the car and we took it to another mechanic. (Maypaw in Norfolk, VA) They took a look and said that they couldn't find ANY EVIDENCE of a leak! They did the inspection and didn't find ANY leak at all, anywhere! Lesson Learned: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!! More

I have never purchased cars from this dealer but it was one of the best used car transactions I have ever had. Bought the used vw jetta. The windows on the car were really dark they said they were legal. Well went to an inspections station and found out that they windows were not legal and had to go back to the d really dark they said they were legal. Well went to an inspections station and found out that they windows were not legal and had to go back to the dealer and the first thing they said was O you coming back to get the windows re tinted. So we go to the tint shop and they did them dealer paid and then go get the car there is a spot on the hood where something has eaten the paint off. The dealer said no it wasn't there when i sold you the car. He sent us to the tint shop they said they didn't do it but call the own on Monday. Well Monday is here no one answer. Daron said his guys would take care of the paint problem he was suppose to call this morning by 1030 and hasn't called and everyone there is to busy to talk to you. Go to the DMV to get the tags for the car they say it is not registered. So call Daron back he doesn't answer or his manager. Dont buy a car from here will be doing everything to make sure this place doesn't sell cars. More

I don't give a !@#$ if Greenbriar Volkswagen is the best dealership in VA and NC... They are terrible! I scheduled for a service a month ago and they call me two days BEFORE mys service appointment sayin dealership in VA and NC... They are terrible! I scheduled for a service a month ago and they call me two days BEFORE mys service appointment saying that they were overbooked. What kind of bull @#% are they trying to pull? And this wasn't the first problem I had with these people! I swear the God I'm going to Virginia Beach Checkered Flag for more of my Volkswagen needs. Ridiculous. Straight up ridiculous. I can't take it anymore of their business and they know me so well... when I walk in there I'm just full of rage... they try and kiss up and make me feel better... I shouldn't have bought a 2007 Rabbit there... they trick people into buying their cars giving all these COOL FREE gimmicks and what not... saving money crap... Once you sign that darn contract... it's all over. LIARS. LIARS. LIARS! That's all I can say. More
