Bigger is not better! I was not happy with how the appointment went. Dropped off car Monday at 4pm and the car was not done until Thursday. Didn’t get notified it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm Tuesday because they were behind schedule. I was expecting it to be done. Then, I don’t receive a video message of what needs attention on the car until Wed at 09:19am. Guess nothing was done on Tuesday. The Service Advisor was apologetic, but he shouldn’t have to apologize for the mechanics, but such as life. Not a good experience. Don’t get bigger, get better More

The reps are nice and friendly but every time I’ve brought the car in for the check engine light, they clear it, and it comes back on later the same day after I get it home. I’m 30 minutes away.
