I went for an oil change they was for an appointment to wait when I arrived in was told it was going to take 2-3 hours. I've been waiting months to get My car fixed. 2 weeks ago. They said they were just waiting on a part and would call me. I've called them. They said they will talk to the person and he will call me back. Still nothing. I just bought this car. On the voicemail it says you can just come in to get a oil change and simple things done. That's not true. You cannot just come in and get a oil change. You have to make an appointment. They don't give me the special attention that I feel like I need as a customer, especially a new customer. At this point. I wish I never bought the vehicle from them. More
Gave 1 star as 0 stars wasn't a choice. Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Misleading information concerning appointments/no appointments. I took my car in for an oil change and had to wait almost 3 hours because I was told the wrong information. When speaking with management (Frank) about it, he was nonchalant and making jokes, which was very unprofessional. What happened to the "valued customer" motto, because I was certainly not treated as such? More
