The work was great the phone system needs to be fixed. You have to call sales and ask them to walk down to service to get them to answer the phone. Same AC part ordered 3 times and you can't seem to get an unbroken part shipped to your service center. Service rates per hour are ridiculously expensive. Waited until after 5 pm and multiple phone calls and messages to call to let me know about my car. Had to have sales department walk down to tell them twice because they didn't answer or return calls. G messages to call to let me know about my car. Had to have sales department walk down to tell them twice because they didn't answer or return calls. Got there to pick up vehicle and was told they had to order a part and work wasn't completed. Car was dropped off at 730 am to fox known recall issues. Work was scheduled a week in advance. Was told they were short staffed and that was why they couldn't call me back. Looked at summary of work given and the 1 recall the did fix was billed at 1/3 hour of work. Unacceptable to keep car for 10 hours. Not return phone calls. And have done less than 30 minutes of work. And now I have to schedule a second experience with this because they were not prepared to do work they scheduled a week in advance. More
