I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for over an hour but no one bothered to let me know. I saw the name of the person to contact if I had any questions on the paperwork so I immediately called and left a message. I’ve never received a response. However I’m not completely surprised by this as the buying of my car 6 months before was much the same. The kid that sold it to me couldn’t explain any of the features and was going to call me to set up a time to come back so he could show me everything. Still waiting on that call, thankfully not holding my breath. More

Worst service ever I'm not coming back. Had my car all day did diagnostic cost me 295 and did nothing never called me back. The customer service was unusually bad. My car was towed there in the evening and sat there all day with no one looking at it.
