Nobody answers the phones. Lied about work needed done. Never returns phone calls. Tries to take advantage of customer. Ashley was our service advisor. Frank and Amanda were the GMs I contacted multiple times and was NEVER given a courtesy phone call back. It's my understanding they get a % for all work pushed through which is why they are allowing lies about what needs do

The service center is the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a dealership, my car was running perfectly fine before I took it here. After 4 times of taking it to be serviced WITHIN THE LAST 6 MON experienced at a dealership, my car was running perfectly fine before I took it here.
