Dropped truck off at 8am was ask what time I needed done I said 3:00 plenty of time for just an oil change. Tried to call at 3:30 couldn’t speak to someone where the truck was being worked on. Finally got a call after 4:00 and was told it was delayed because they didn’t have my oil filter in stock and they had to get it from Norfolk. If I would have received a call or text earlier in the day letting me know that it would have been easier to handle. Communication it critical to a satisfied customer. If the oil change wasn’t free I wouldn’t come back. More
The parking lot is too crowded. Even after they reminded me the day before to keep the appt. They should have hard that part. No apology was made. I was told to come back Monday. I called first. Good thing. They still did not have the part. Finally got it Tuesday..5 days after my appt. Also the furniture in the waiting room is appalling. Greenbrier Kia is much better. More

Some people here actually care about the employees. Others only care about conning both the employees who actually do real work, as well as the customers who come by to sell their crappy defective car Others only care about conning both the employees who actually do real work, as well as the customers who come by to sell their crappy defective car at half the price, only to receive the run around from some crochety old codger who thought he could step in and do a woman's job for a day; unfortunately, he failed miserably. I bet he didn't even use the phone at all to take the steps he verbally demonstrated he knew he was supposed to do in order to cut the customer their discounted check of $3,000. Big kia (with a lowercase k because they're not really a king) sent this guy in on special order to try and screw with a woman who wanted the money they owed her, thinking that women are essentially easy to manipulate anyways, so this should be easy- right? Except you're an idiot, and you just proved that you know what you're supposed to do, and just choose not to do it, which makes you a thief both to your company and to the customers you're getting paid to serve. So whilst I commend RT for actually caring about his employees and the fact that they have families to feed, I do not commend the old codger with the checkered pink button up top, blue pants, brown belt, black phone, etc who tried to con a woman out of the money they have yet to give her. More
