Took in for a safety recall. Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Hour 30 I finally received an update saying they Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Much improvement is needed for service advisors, service scheduling system, and teaching all employees to be mindful of their language and conversations in hearing distance of customers. Gave two stars because my car did get its oil changed. As you know, a small percentage of customers will let you know their true experience. Two customers I spoke with while waiting couldn’t believe how long they had to wait to get their car serviced and all had appointments. Time is valuable to all of us, so if you don’t have the staff to handle the load, work on that issue before scheduling appointments. More
