I have been coming here for years. Over the last few years, it has gone downhill. The phone system has been broken for sometime. Mentioned it several times. Just because you got a new system, doesnt mean you pass the cost on to the consumer. My last repair, seemed good, after waiting for a shuttle for an hour, after drop off, i ended up taking a lyft. Unfortunately, 3 days after the repair, all my service lights came on, barely driveable. Again, have to take lyft to get home to work and then again once the repairs are complete. The service managers are great. I just think they are overwhelmed and need more help and or training. More

Nobody answers the phones. Lied about work needed done. Never returns phone calls. Tries to take advantage of customer. The service center is the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a dealership, my car was running perfectly fine before I took it here.
