I was able to get in last minute for an oil change on my truck. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service advisor left early which could’ve been out of his hands, but without communication to the other advisors, or me. No one else seemed to know or realize he left when I arrived to pickup the vehicle. I hands, but without communication to the other advisors, or me. I was told the noise the vehicle is making is tire noise, so I asked for the rear tires to be rotated to the front (different brand), so we could cancel that out or confirm they were the problem. Tires rotated improperly with different brands on each corner, so was forced to bring it back. After proper rotation was executed noise remains, confirming my suspicion. Now will have to bring it back to inspect further, when a simple drive from the tech working the ticket would’ve eliminated the back and forth. Overall dissatisfied with service, attentiveness, and communication throughout the process. More

Even though I had an appointment for an oil change, I was there a little over 2 hours! I never got any updates on my phone til my car was done, so I was wondering what was taking so long.
