Been coming to this dealership for 19 years, leasing and buying cars. Seems like the Customer Service has declined. From not getting return phone calls in a timely manner to asking for my car to be courtesy buying cars. Seems like the Customer Service has declined. From not getting return phone calls in a timely manner to asking for my car to be courtesy wash and was told it would be done and it wasn’t. Two telling the person who drove my car to me, thank you and hearing nothing in returned and just walked away. And is it OK nowadays to eat your lunch at the customer service desk? I was so impressed when it was Pomoco and Checkered Flag that I would still drive from Williamsburg to get my service done. Now I’m having second thoughts. Thank you. More
