I brought my vehicle in for one specific problem. They come telling me a lot of other things needed to be fixed. I said take care of my main issue and you can fix some of the other things. I said ok but give me a break down of work. I go home they send me an estimate of $8000. Plus claim another part needed to be fixed.Two days later I gat my vehicle and was told all work was done.Cost me $7110.37 they added a surcharge because of form of payment. This was not told to me until I was actually paying my bill in full. That was very sneaky and bad business. I wake up the next morning to check my vehicle to see if all work was done. They didn’t do some of the work I paid for. If I hadn’t checked this dealership would have gotten over on me. This was the first and last time I will go there. I will warn everyone I k ow about them. Been coming to this dealership for 19 years, leasing and buying cars. Seems like the Customer Service has declined. From not getting return phone calls in a timely manner to asking for my car to be courtesy buying cars. Seems like the Customer Service has declined. From not getting return phone calls in a timely manner to asking for my car to be courtesy wash and was told it would be done and it wasn’t. Two telling the person who drove my car to me, thank you and hearing nothing in returned and just walked away. And is it OK nowadays to eat your lunch at the customer service desk? I was so impressed when it was Pomoco and Checkered Flag that I would still drive from Williamsburg to get my service done. Now I’m having second thoughts. Thank you. More
