John put forth so much time and effort to ensuring he found the right car for me. Right from the very beginning he was thorough with every vehicle he presented. The communication was above and beyond, and although knowing he had other customers, I felt like I was his main focus until I found the right vehicle (which took a couple weeks). I love my new Grand Cherokee, and everything with the purchasing process and financing with Russ was seamless. My husband and I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle for me after 13 years of the old one, and we are grateful to have Southern CDJR right down the road. made appt so i did not have to wait 2+ hours. when i arrived was told 10 people were ahead of me despite my appt. which they clearly refused to honor. told them i had another appt in 2 hours and when i arrived was told 10 people were ahead of me despite my appt. which they clearly refused to honor. told them i had another appt in 2 hours and asked what they expected me to do. the answer was “reschedule”. if you are expecting prompt service making an appt won’t give it to you. they do not honor appts. i had to leave or miss a more critical appt. not dealing with them again. very poor customer service.
