At the time of the visit, the Ioniq was advertised for $15,522. There was an add-on called the Southern Value PKG which cost approximately $1700 which, according to the sales person was non-negotiable. W $15,522. We were also told the owner applied this all the cars on the lot. So, with Taxes, non-tax fees and their $899 processing fee (Non-negotiable) brought the car price close to $19,000. As we were sitting down with Sales person trying understand the figures and questioning why the consumer was forced to take add-on pkg, which was anti theft service (LOJAK). The sales manager came over placed a printed piece paper from JD Powers stating the car was worth $21,000 and stood there with hand extended. So, we took the applied jester from the sales manger that he was through with us so we left the dealership. We never will never be back. Poor customer service More

1 = Poor I sat through a 5 1/2 hour simple oil change. I had a 7 am appointment. They put my keys in the wrong basket. Even after realizing that it still took 1 1/2 hours more. Wasn’t satisfied. Took truck in because windshield motor was not working. Recommendation came back that the linkage for the window windshield washers needed to be repl Took truck in because windshield motor was not working. Recommendation came back that the linkage for the window windshield washers needed to be replaced and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. Since it was just a linkage I asked, Oh yeah isn’t it possible that WD-40 can fix the problem. Everyone at the counter laughed about that. Even so, I took the truck back home just paying the $250 for the assessment fee. I took the truck home and used the hose to wash out the area of the linkage to the windshield wipers. Now the windshield wipers are working fine because it was just dirt that was interfering with the operation of the wipers. The over $1000 Estimate was unreasonable. I checked the wipers and there are no cracks or problems with the wipers either. Windshield wipers linkage is a very basic component. Not much can go wrong except if they get bent or if they get dirty. In this case it was just dirty and I feel that the Technician should have considered just cleaning the components to see if it would work better. In short, I don’t think I got my moneys worth for the assessment fee that I paid. Also, the only solution provided was just the most expensive, even though it was unnecessary. More
