Web site is broken. I was unable to make appt without calling help desk and chatting with someone. As it was, I wanted to have my oil changed at VB location, but had t I was unable to make appt without calling help desk and chatting with someone. As it was, I wanted to have my oil changed at VB location, but had to go to Chesapeake because the customer service person did not know how. So you have two problems, website and customer service training. Also, I couldn't make a reservation last oil change, so you have had this website problem for months now.
