Told them that I needed the car back by 2 PM but didn’t get a call about ANYTHING until 2:30, at which time they told me that my battery that I bought from them the year before needed to go on a “warranty get a call about ANYTHING until 2:30, at which time they told me that my battery that I bought from them the year before needed to go on a “warranty tester” for 2-3 hours. Why wasn’t I contacted in the morning about that?! I told them I needed my vehicle back by 2 so I could go get my kids. I had my inspection rejected (which I STILL had to pay for) even though it was there fault I couldn’t complete the needed repairs because of time constraints. After I was there I had to wait another HOUR before I could get my car back. I was late to pick up my children because people there are not managing time properly and not communicating with customers. Management needs training about acceptable customer service. I will actively avoid this business to the best of my ability because they don’t care about service and they steal your money. More

Mike owen is useless doesn't communicate and has failed to deliver mutiple times while having my truck in for repairs. The technicians, if you can call them that, are the worst, i had to show them the 1/4i to deliver mutiple times while having my truck in for repairs. The technicians, if you can call them that, are the worst, i had to show them the 1/4inch of play in my ball joints, they used the incorrect oil that i had to tell them about and broke 2 lug studs. And there is Absolutely no communication from anyone, until Barbara stepped in and actually began reaching out to me. More
