Customer service could use a little work on friendliness. Service didn't change out my oil change sticker or reset my computer and yesterday I got a reminder on dashboard to change oil soon - I was already changed or was it - seriously makes me wonder now!!!! I shouldn't feel like I have to personally watch to see if they change the oil or for that matter were those really my air filters or just decoys they use to upcharge a service?!?!
