I hard a difficult time scheduling my service appt. Left two voice-mails and no one returned my call. I called around 4 times trying to reach someone to no avail. I did receive text msgs back, but everyone said they would have someone from service call and like I mentioned, it didn't happen. But had a great experience with your online service and with Paul.
