Aside from the professionalism by the employees. I came in for an oil change, and was out in no time. I’ve had oil changes at other dealerships, and had to hang out for 2-3 hours minimum. Dealer ignored my specific request to address a root cause, repaired the symptom, and failed to correct problem on a subsequent visit. Dealer was unresponsive to phone calls while vehicle was in their s cause, repaired the symptom, and failed to correct problem on a subsequent visit. Dealer was unresponsive to phone calls while vehicle was in their shop, and lacked initiative to keep me updated forcing me to drop-in daily for updates. Service Advisors acknowledged their phone system doesn’t work. Seriously. Problem with my vehicle remains unsolved and dealer has loss all trust for me to expect them to solve problems with my vehicle. More
