What is the point of scheduling an appointment for service if the service department takes 2 days to even look at your vehicle? This isn't my first rodeo with Southern Service. I do not own my Ram t service if the service department takes 2 days to even look at your vehicle? This isn't my first rodeo with Southern Service. I do not own my Ram truck anymore. I wanted to buy a new Ram truck. The biggest reason I did not buy a new Ram was so that I would not have to rely on Southern for service to my vehicle. More
