I dropped my truck off for a 100k mile service. I also asked for a tire to be looked at which was not. My truck seems to have been serviced well on the tune up but I feel the shop labor rate is hig I also asked for a tire to be looked at which was not. When I was finished with my truck I was just sent directly to the payment counter with no break down of parts or labor. I do not feel the customer service experience was great or that they communicated well as I had to call and find out if my truck was done. I do not intend on returning. More
