TO BE HONEST, I REALLY WASN'T PLEASED HAVING TO BRING MY CAR IN BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY ISSUE. I PURCHASED THE 42 MONTH BATTERY IN APRIL OF 2025 FROM YOU GUYS, AND FOR IT TO HAVE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 9 MONT CAR IN BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY ISSUE. I PURCHASED THE 42 MONTH BATTERY IN APRIL OF 2025 FROM YOU GUYS, AND FOR IT TO HAVE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 9 MONTHS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER, YOU ALL DID MAKE IT RIGHT BY REPLACING IT WITH ANOTHER NEW BATTERY. I WAS ABLE TO GET TO MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT ON TIME, SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ATTENTIVE SERVICE TO MY NEEDS.
