Southern GMC had my vehicle for over a month. When I wanted information, I was forced to drive to the dealership to get answers. They would not return calls. On one of those occasions, I witnessed another customer tell the advisor that they had driven there to get answers. Multiple excuses were given - phone system wasn’t working and everyone had Covid. The sign in the service department says they guarantee satisfaction - talk is cheap (and untrue). More
