I went in for an oil change, and it took far too long. They did an inspection I’d already had, made me wait additional time, and then directed me to the wrong location for my vehicle. Impossible to get in touch with anyone in the service department. I had my car towed there and after calling 10+ times over 5 days and having it escalated to a manager to call me back, I finally had to g department. I had my car towed there and after calling 10+ times over 5 days and having it escalated to a manager to call me back, I finally had to go by the dealership to even get a confirmation that my vehicle had arrived.
