Not a great experience. They are supported by a call center that didn’t provide accurate information. They had my car for several weeks. No updates, no communication. Responded to the service manager when they asked about my experience letting them know I didn’t think they did a good job. Never heard back. The actual work I had done was fine. My only issue is that whomever the lady was that supposed to have scheduled my appointment did not enter it in the system. I was running behind coming from Chesterfield and thankfully Daequan was able to wor to have scheduled my appointment did not enter it in the system. I took my car to them after purchasing from drivetime and it sounded good and everything nothing was wrong with it other than it had a burning smell coming through the AC from time to time and a little r and it sounded good and everything nothing was wrong with it other than it had a burning smell coming through the AC from time to time and a little red oil pan light would flicker from time to time and kind to find out it was burning oil. After diagnostic, I was told that it was the valve gasket seals needing to be replaced, which y’all did and as soon as I got it back, my check engine light was on it sound horrible when you Crunk it it wouldn’t go over 15 miles an hour it was smoking and was putting out the tailpipe which was not doing any of that when I brought it in, but yet y’all told me it was ready for pick up and then go inside. Told the girl she checked it second diagnostic showed where the fuel injections needed to be replaced which all of that was yawls fault because if they need to be replaced, it would’ve showed up on the first diagnostic. I was told by my mechanic that with the rocker gasket if it’s not taking In-N-Out correctly, it dumps fuel back into the car and that’s what had happened and why my car was sounding the way it was sounding, but yet no one at Kia took ownership for that to fix that issue and after having my car for a month, I lost my job because of y’all and if it wasn’t for a drive time to go ahead and pay to get the car fixed, I would’ve lost my car on top of it as well because of not having any way of paying my notes after the fuel injections when I was told to come pick it up, it was smoking and couldn’t find out. There was no oil in my car. I had oil dumping everywhere. I’m trying to find out. It was a peach seal gasket whatever the issue was which if y’all were test driving these cars when y’all were done working on it y’all would see that there was issues with it and there’s still issues with my car because it’s still burning oil and come to find out because I am still having the red oil pan like flicker that when I had a oil change that there is a oil leak and it’s either coming from the oil pump or the seal is hard for them to tell which if y’all was really fixing my car like y’all were supposed to I wouldn’t have any of these issues so now I’m having to check my car ever so often to make sure there’s oil in it until I can find somebody to fix it because I will never bring it back to Kia ever again not at this location. I am very dissatisfied because of the fact you’re messed up my car. I did not have issues with this car when I bought it off the lot other than just having that burning smell and that oil pan light flickering and it seemed like every time y’all touched it something else was happening to this car and it’s just not right that gives y’all a bad name because is your mechanics are not doing with what they’re supposed to do and evidently they’re breaking other stuff on peoples cars for them to come back and as bad enough, y’all are high as xxxx as it is More

Waited 3 hours for an oil change / tire rotation (with an apt). Was not made aware that mechanics were running behind. And to top it off, I had to wait at the sales building because there was no room in the apt). Was not made aware that mechanics were running behind.
