Had an appt for Friday, car didn't go in in until Friday afternoon, kept it all weekend and gave no status updates. Called and left 3 messages on Monday, nobody ever called back. What they actually do is great; but it’s how and how fast that’s the issue. The line “can you leave it” applies to all FREE services and God forbid you want to schedule two things ( like an oil change and st that’s the issue. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLES SERVICED HERE! !!!! So my son dropped off his truck for a routine oil change under their program. They recommended a fuel injector service and alignment and some ot !!!! So my son dropped off his truck for a routine oil change under their program. They recommended a fuel injector service and alignment and some other recommended services. $975 later…….But that wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things. All services were in accordance with GM recommendations. What xxxxxx me off was that when he got his truck back and drove it down the road he called me telling me tire in rear was making a noise. I told him to turn around and go back to dealer. Good thing. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN HIS xxxx LUG NUTS!!!!! This could have ended very badly as he uses his truck for work and was about to get on the freeway. No compensation offered, NOTHING. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealer. Now, on a positive their customer experience manager, Rebecca Meile, was very receptive to the feedback and informed me she would personally fix this issue. She was very courteous and nice. Not sure I can trust them ever again though. That is 2 strikes. That is my son and if it would have ended catastrophically I would have owned that dealership!!!!!! More
