Every time I go it’s something. POOR communication and CS POOR. Y did I have to wait over an hour for a reinspection of two fails- windshield and light? Absolutely ridiculous. I was told I didn’t need to make an appt but that was the first thing I was asked. It was noted that a Caucasian lady came in from out of town with a tire issue and was handled right away and I had been waiting for over 30 mins at the time she arrived. Make that make sense! If I could have a do-over, I would have NOT purchased my car from such a poorly run business that seem to always have employee turnover issues and poor service. More

Had my car towed in Thursday to the nearest dealership (over 80 miles away) and had a service appointment scheduled for Friday. They did not look at my car until Tuesday, which was an easy fix covered und (over 80 miles away) and had a service appointment scheduled for Friday. They did not look at my car until Tuesday, which was an easy fix covered under a warranty recall. They did not call the primary number listed on my paperwork with updates or to say it was ready. At least they didn’t charge me but it was an awful experience. More
