Excellent Was very glad to be back at the old dealership just sad that the old dealership doesn't have the space as the temporary one that was being used but overall the people and the quality of technician just sad that the old dealership doesn't have the space as the temporary one that was being used but overall the people and the quality of technicians in their work are still excellent. Kevin as well as Cisco took very very good care of me as well as the manager Mr Britt. They made sure my experience back at the new shop I mean at the old shop which is under renovation make sure that my experience is still the same and I got as much respect and admiration as I did before the fire happened. The car was not cleaned; I took the vehicle home in maintenance mode, the manager agreed to send a tech to my house after I refused to drive the car back to the dealership because of safety hazard. They initially gave me 6.85 interest rate even though I have excellent credit. When I refused to purchase the car at that rate, they offered 4.6. The finance lady said they did not offer me that rate, but her screen clearly showed 5.1 - .50 which equates to 4.6. She refused to change it and financed at 4.85; I was tired after being there for several hours, but I did not appreciate her basically calling me a liar. She made the mistake and did not want to change the paperwork. More
