I've long had a fear of dealerships, and so did my family. We were clearly wary, especially because other members of our family had been burned before, but Ken was kind and patient anyway. Upon receiving the vehicle it had the mechanic’s greasy prints all over the body of the car. When we tried to pay by check, which is the way my elderly friend always pays, the system didn’t work she had to pay by credit card which really upset her. I explained that she had just lost her husband could they please just take the check and do it the old fashioned way............that was a big fat NO!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on this dealership. More
