Imagine that you place a deposit on a new SUV that is in transit (the exact trim, options, and exterior/interior color you wanted). When you go to pick it up, it's NOT THE RIGHT SUV!!! It's a different VIN transit (the exact trim, options, and exterior/interior color you wanted). When you go to pick it up, it's NOT THE RIGHT SUV!!! It's a different VIN with a different interior color!! • The Sales Consultant indicated point blank that I was wrong. The SUV being shown is the correct SUV. (I had the paperwork to refute that.) • Then, the dealer advises the SUV I placed a deposit on will not be delivered for another 4-6 weeks. I could wait 4-6 weeks for the SUV to be delivered or purchase the vehicle on the lot. Unfortunately, I already sold my existing car the day before. • Even though I had Out the Door pricing paperwork, the final OTD price was higher than what was provided in writing. The Business Manager insisted it was the Florida Dept of Motor Vehicle's fault. The state charged higher fees than was estimated - nothing could be done. I questioned that 3 times. Later it would be discovered that the dealer slipped in at the last minute a DING PROTECTION DEALER ADD ON. • The SUV was not detailed nor washed (even though I made the appt a few days in advance). I had to wait for that. •I was advised that copies of all the signed paperwork were placed in the glove box. Upon arriving home, discovered that was not the case. The Buyer’s Agreement was not there. • After I left the dealership, I find out through my own internet research THAT SUV THAT I PLACED A DEPOSIT ON WAS SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER 2 WEEKS EARLIER!!!! The entire situation was totally misrepresented by the dealership. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and how the dealership chose to position the situation. S441T did offer same same MRSP selling price for the SUV on the lot, even though it was equipped with an additional $580 option that was a nice-to-have from my perspective. Another $350 cash discount was negotiated since it was not the desired interior color. Despite my reservations, I decided to purchase the SUV on the lot. The post sale Customer Experience was just as atrocious. • 4 follow up emails & phone calls over 2 weeks with minimal response after a week - “it’s being worked on, we’ll call you tomorrow” (which never happened). • Escalating to the General Manager in Week 3 resulted in a better response. o The Sales Manager assigned to work through the issues was attentive and helpful. He validated the ~$120 refund check was finally being processed, the Title was finally processed, and a copy of the Buyer's Agreement was finally provided. o THEN BLINDSIDED AGAIN - reviewing the Buyer's Agreement, it was discovered the dealer slipped in a ~$215 dealer add on for Ding Protection. That's the real reason why the OTD price was not $350 less. It wasn’t due to increased registration fees as communicated. The Sales Manager processed that refund. The first refund check received was not the correct amount. I had to again follow up and then a 2nd check was issued for the balance. It was acknowledged by the Sales Manager that this “was not the best customer experience”. I would describe it as a NIGHTMARE. My time is also valuable. The amount of time and energy I’ve spent chasing this down is absolutely ridiculous. In the end, the dealer resolved the financial issues (once escalated) but that doesn’t negate this AWFUL Customer Experience and the multiple falsifications encountered during the purchasing process. Brandon and Anthony started out great actually better than past dealer experiences! After coming to an agreement on trade value, providing a credit card authorization form for deposit and scheduling deli than past dealer experiences! After coming to an agreement on trade value, providing a credit card authorization form for deposit and scheduling delivery appointment they decided to sell the car yesterday. Bad plan for establishing relationships and long term clients. More
I recently purchased a Toyota from this dealership and had a terrible experience. The salesman was fantastic overall, although there was a misunderstanding regarding the prepayment penalty on the loan, which turned out to exist despite being initially told otherwise. The finance person, was pleasant, but this raised a flag of suspicion for good reason. While she did acknowledge a $75 prepayment fee, she omitted mentioning a $150 loan processing fee despite my direct inquiries about additional charges. It's important for anyone considering business with them to thoroughly scrutinize the contract, specifically examining the last line 7, which indicates the amount financed—only encompassing lines 3, 4, and 5. An additional line item of $150, deliberately placed higher up, could easily mislead consumers. During negotiations, the manager attempted to incentivize a 5-star Google review with monetary compensation. I declined, as I value honest reviews and had already communicated my intention to provide an unbiased account of my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership due to the obscured fees and attempts to influence reviews. More

Then they tell me they're so sorry, and they'll take it back and get it done! What I didn't do was check my oil to see if that was changed so today I opened the hood to check my dipstick and the oil that's in there is filthy! No oil/filter change and no tire rotation! Absolutely disgusting to do to a customer! More

My family have been purchasing Toyotas for the last 20 plus years. This dealership is not the best one I ever dealt with. My daughter purchased a used car in April 2023. The history says that it was due f plus years. This dealership is not the best one I ever dealt with. My daughter purchased a used car in April 2023. The history says that it was due for service in March. Today, we took it for service and they want over 1000 for the service (including new tires). Don't buy or service a vehicle in this dealership. They are a good representation of the classic crook deader. More
