Service was fast however I was misled by the service writer who stated “Ford recommends brake fluid flush at 60k miles“. Turns out no where in my Owners manual or on the Ford website that even calls thi writer who stated “Ford recommends brake fluid flush at 60k miles“. Turns out no where in my Owners manual or on the Ford website that even calls this out. I realized shortly after giving my car to them that this was not needed and tried to stop it but was too late they said. Southwest was pushing the service using Ford’s name. Wasted $104 on a bogus service. Be care what to sign up for. I won’t be back there. More

Poorly run dealership, can't be trusted. Reserved a truck to purchase, through their lengthy online process, and was approved. Drove across Metroplex to sign contract, vehicle was sold. Took my mustang in for a oil change. They got it in real quick.They did exactly what i wanted. I asked that they didn't run it thru the car wash but they made sure they vacuum it out . My wife and I were treated very well at Southwest. Shelby Oakes was 'just right' in his sales role, not pushy but helpful always. Our finance guy Oscar was great as well.
