We had a very reasonable experience with Chris at South Shore Hyundai. Sonata 2018 Theta II engine started skipping gears after they completed these updates, I know I am now covered by a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for specific engine failures under the Hyundai Theta II Sett they completed these updates, I know I am now covered by a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for specific engine failures under the Hyundai Theta II Settlement. A very bad experience, i pay for something they didn't fix well and it's getting worst so i have to pay more money for that. when i came back to show what happened, they couldn't fix it and asking me to b fix well and it's getting worst so i have to pay more money for that. when i came back to show what happened, they couldn't fix it and asking me to bring it back another day for 3 times, and the worst it was after spending 2 or 3 hours the told me that. Terrible ! ... my car was there for 8 months for a paint job .. paint job was terrible and my battery died and was told it was my responsibility along with my ra ... my car was there for 8 months for a paint job .. paint job was terrible and my battery died and was told it was my responsibility along with my radio that also stopped working stopped working .. spoke to the manager and was not able to resolve my issue ... he said go back to where you bought the battery you should have a warranty when simply if my battery was unplugged it would have not died.. I was talking to a sales man to see if I wanted a new car ... but the experience was so bad that I decided I did not want to deal with Hyundai again and It sucks because I like the cars. More
